Meet Our Founder

“Dr. Albert” holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the Marshal Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University.  His dissertation titled Managing Traumatic Change views the role of leadership in helping rebuild organizations through change that involves layoffs and downsizing.  Much of Albert’s expertise in managing change and leadership is the foundation for managing personal transformation.

Albert received his formal training as a coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  While the CTI method for coaching is world renowned, Albert blends his personal experience as a former executive and education in his coaching process to supporting his clients through their most challenging problems.

Albert is a former head of a Training and Organizational Development in the California casino gaming industry. Albert is the founder of Professionals Recovery, an executive coaching practice focused on helping high performers who struggle with mental health and work-related stress integrate healthy work-life alignment. As a coach and consultant, Albert has worked with clients from industries including, Oil, Entertainment, Semi-Conductor, Automotive, Hospitality, and Education and has consulted numerous small business owners.  As an advocate for healthy workplaces, Albert has experience working with psychologist and therapist in Intensive Outpatient and Residential programs. Albert has worked as an adjunct faculty member in Workforce Development at the college level teaching certification courses in entrepreneurship, leadership, career readiness, and retail sales.
